Big Earners..How do you expand your operation?

I have been developing sites for sometime now and the revenue being generated is decent. But, I feel like I have reached a point where its impossible to keep up with things anymore. I have so many business ideas but I don't where or how to setup a system where I can get these ideas off the ground and have it running at the same time.

I am thinking of getting project managers to take care of the daily tedious work. But, I am not sure how to get started on this.

So, big earners, business owners, anybody who has any advice on this matter .. please advice. Some things I would like to know:

- how do you keep track of projects
- how do you manage your schedule
- where would you look for managers and what qualities do you seek in them
- how to compensate them
- and more if you can think of them..
