We're rolling out our beta affiliate program next week for our subscription based sites. So far we have four sites that will be available to affiliates to market. All four sites should be complete by October 1st.
This beta program allows affiliates to test our sites before they go into the final affiliate program rotation. We'll be playing around with the front design pages, content, and prices. All payouts will be on a recurring scale, but because it's the beta, the actual price of the services will fluctuate. We also expect a lot of feedback from you, as the affiliate. This should include information on the type of traffic you're using, the CTR's if you are using a custom promo/buffer page, questions you may get from surfers, etc.
The goal of the beta program is to figure out what converts the best and at what price on each type of traffic source. This is not something you should depend on solely as your primary source of income. Those who participate in the beta release will get higher % points on their payout in the final program as a perk for helping us out.
I am only looking for medium volume traffic affiliates for the beta. Sorry to the smaller and really big guys, but you would just screw up the tests, and you can wait for the final launch, which isn't too far away either.
Medium affiliates are guys that can do 10-20 sales a day, or anything in the dollar range of $100-$300 per day in commissions on avg. -- You must be able to prove this too. You must have a signifact traffic source that you can put the site into and expect sales/traffic driven to it within a 24 hour period or less. We will work with you with everything else. If you use email spam or any spam for that matter of a way of promotion, don't even bother applying. That includes email, myspace, IM's, everything in that area. Newsletter blasts to double-optins are fine as long as you are can-spam compliant.
