BestBuy + Makemoniesonline

So me and my friend were at bestbuy, and we were checking out these computers. My friend goes on one computer and sets makemoniesonline as a homepage on the computer and left, the next person that went on that computer started screaming and you would see 10 best buy staff members trying to close this. Real good times. LOL

Normally all the computers would have the Best Buy advertisement application installed, and wouldn't have internet access. But that doesn't include the kiosk that allows you to visit the best buy online sites. Normally the kiosk lock you to certain selections, but ever since they started allowing the the restrictions to be relaxed (for sake of showing competitor's pricing), you could type just about anything into them.

I guess in another 3 weeks that site will be on the block list.
 
The ones here, at least the Macs have interenet access and default to bestbuy.com. Go in and add bestbuy.com to their hosts file. I can see the geek squad re-installing the OS on all the computers to fix that.
 
in related news, a local best buy geeksquad employee was fired after the district manager strolled in the store and decided to use a best buy computer for something.. he double clicked this random folder placed on the desktop and it was a bunch of porn that the employee stole off of a computer that a customer had brought in for repair..

how fucking stupid do you have to be to steal porn and leave it on the desktop of a company computer :/
 
i've read that geek squaders hate their job and life so much that the only thing they have to look forward to is copying homemade porn from customer computers - the collection in some shops is huge.
 
Next time I'll try to record it.

I was really lucky this time that somebody actually opened it up while I was in the store. Hahaha.
 
I'm pretty sure all the computers hooked up in Apple stores have internet access.

EDIT: Oh wait, does makemonies not work in Safari? What do I know 'bout them macs...
