Best WP drip-feed data importer?

I'm starting some new stuff and I want to build a catalog-type site from a datafeed. This time I wanted to do it drip-feed style.

I've been looking at a number of different packages - anyone have recommendations for a Wordpress datafeed importer that will drip-feed? It looks like a couple of the review plug-ins on here will work.
