Best way to monetize parked domains

I like to buy domains and have about 100 adult and non-adult sites I wish to park with some type of monetization. Any suggestions on some good programs to use for the adult and non-adult stuff? I eventually hope to build out the sites. The parking services can be seperate companies for each, just hoping to cover the cost of the annual registration.

I use NameDrive for my adult and non-adult domains and they do pretty good, the adult domain is about 35% ctr

Sedo for mainstream and for adult just load an iframe of some webcam sponsor?

And make extra profit from the sponsor on my sig. Works good
