Best Small Scale - E-Mail Serive 10K List

Sup, fags.

I have a list of about 10K E-mails I have collected. However, I am not sending thing out to them, and I would like to.

I have their information in a data base with their name, etc. So they really arent in a neat file. So I would have to add them manually.

So I am looking for a service I can just add my address manually and then e-mail them without having them confirm a lame confirmation link like awber.

iContact doesn't require a double opt-in. I have never used their service though, so you might want to look for some reviews first.
