I think they might have made it search engine unfriendly on purpose (they certainly know their technology) - as they probably only want a target audience to actually see the site, and not have some kids or random house mom stumble accross the site when searching for 'philips'.

I think they'll probably advertise in FHM, Maxim, or something targeted to younger men.

Making it un SEO-friendly just to stop random visitors wouldn't really make sense, simply because they would also lose potential buyers as well? It is pr 7 and its pagetitle does have "Bodygroom" in it.
