best responsive bootstrap3 theme..?

my client needs a website similar in design to optimizepress dot com
I need your suggestions that which responsive theme would be best for this kind of website...?

my requirement is ;

- theme should be ultra responsive and minimal (very light weight)
- should be easy to modify
- bootstrap3

IMO, Wordpress and bootstrap aren't really minimal or lightweight.

But assuming you need those, wrong with using optimizepress theme?
