Best place to unlock AT&T iPhone?

My mother is visiting me in Vietnam, and of course even though AT&T was supposed to unlock it before she left... they didn't

Their customer service is so bad right now I just want to pay to get it unlocked. Anyone have a recommendation on the best place to do it?

When I unlocked my iphones online (AT&T) the website said I had to do a backup and restore for it to actually be unlocked.

You're in Vietnam? Where ever you go, don't let the phone out of your sight. Stand right behind the guy, while he unlocks the thing.

I was previously an idiot, and had a $700 Blackberry Storm stolen on me that way. "Ok, come back in 30 mins, and I'll have it unlocked for you". Last I seen of him and my phone.

Now I have my amazing $20 Nokia. It's a beast, I tell ya.
