OK, I told you guys a couple of days ago that I am avoiding the nooB, asshat mistakes so I am going back and reading EVERY thread in this AM forum.

I end up laughing my ass off as often as I learn something.

So basically it's laugh my ass off, learn something, laugh my ass off, learn something.

Here is a little golden nugget from April '07, just for nostalgia's sake...

Seriously, if you're going through the whole forum anyway, collect all of the best pieces of advice...compile the gems, call it "Best of Wickedfire",categorize by topic and make a master knowledge thread. Countless newbies(and veterans) will thank you.

Yeah, I fell for one of those rickroll threads yesterday. Couldn't close the damn thing either. Had to reboot....lol.

if you get rickrolled, open the task manager and kill the browser process. No need to reboot the system; just reboot the browser.

In the meantime, avoiding certain juvenile bait will keep you in good stead.
