best network for legal leads?

noob, looking for advice. first foray into the affiliate market, going up to bat for a legal publishing company selling leads to attorneys. currently with shareasale and am getting TRASH affiliates. any insight into a better network would be appreciated.

Hey Todd, I couldn't reply to your PM. We're doing SSD right now, but within the next couple months will be into PI, FAM, CRIM, DUI, and BK.
