Best forum with IMAGE insertion?

Which forum do you recommend?

We would prefer one that allows images within posts, like WP does.

You can do what you want with all of the major forums. I recommend phpBB (free) or IPBoard. I don't recommend vBulletin (despite owning a large vB forum).
