best file hosting script?

i'm looking for a good file hosting script ala yousendit or similar.

basically i just need it to host the files, have a automatic deletion after X days, paid user upgrade and most importantly, a way to get users to signup and verify emails.

any suggestions would help.

thanks - that is an image hosting script.

i want one for file hosting so others can download any file, not host images.

You can specify what type of files you want to host.
It accepts images,flash files,zips,office docs,etc.
