Best data capture popup?

Hi Guys,

Do you have a data capture popup script / Wordpress plgin which you can reccomend?

Ideally I need to the option for a user to opt out indefinately. For example 'Please do not show this message again' kind of thing..

Apart from that my requirements are pretty basic so I suppouse a small file size would be my priority after that.
