I'm having an ecommerce type site developed right now and I am to the point to where I need to integrate some type of mailing system. This site has been built from scratch, so I assume an api would be the best route to go.
I'm needing to setup an autoresponder for welcome letters, order confirmations, and for newsletters/promotions. In addition to this, I'd like to use this same mailing system for email support with the member of my site. It would be great if I could manage the entire mailing system from my own site.
I know exacttarget, icontact, and constantcontact all have api's, but I have no idea on what the limitations maybe and which would be most suitable for my needs. Hoping someone here has some input!
