Totally agree, you don`t have to nervios or affraid or it, just say what you think you also choose a specific company, so you need to understand that you are equal
 
When they ask you about your future plans, don't tease them into thinking you'll be staying with them
for ten years knowing that you're only looking for a company to hop to until you find your dream job.
Be honest with your goals lest it bites you back in the future.
 
The best tactic here is to be relaxed and confident no matter which questions come to you, it's essential that you don't look scared at any point as that will leave a bad impression on interviewers and you'll look a bit desperate.
