He's just saying it's his 1rd post. I'm sure he hopes to have a 2st post soon and maybe even a 3nd.

It's good if you're in Europe.
Otherwise PayPal seems to be the best option. You can buy a Visa or Mastercard debit card and use it to withdraw your PayPal balance right into your card and then use it just as an ATM (works all over the world) or use it like any other Visa or Mastercard card.
HOWEVER... It has an initial cost, usually around $70 or so. It takes like a month to get your plastic card sent to your home address. But once you get it, life is SWEET....!

Paypal is the cheapest. Google checkout is good too if you are in the US. Moneybookers suck balls for non Europeans, it is really for Europe. Nice 1rd post by the way. How do you pronounce that? Fird?
