It's starting to hit other cities too, and will probably only get bigger.

Diatomaceous earth is actually a really good way to get rid of them - completely harmless to humans, but cuts them into ribbons. Most home and garden places sell it, too, so you don't even necessarily have to have an offer specifically targeting bedbugs, assuming you're not halfway retarded and have some manner of salesmanship. Just saying.
