Banned Adwords account notifications

All the campaigns in my account stopped receiving impressions last month but I did not receive any notification from Google of an Adwords ban. I thought they were supposed to be improving their process, informing you and allowing it to be reviewed upon request.

I tried to phone them but I end up getting directed to their support pages after I type in my Google account ID.

Anyone else had this? Did you get an official notification of a ban?

Just got this email...

Dear AdWords Advertiser,

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties with your AdWords account.

It has come to our attention that your Google AdWords account does not comply with our terms of service and advertising policies. You have repeatedly submitted ads that violated our policies in this or a related account. As a result, your account has been suspended, and your ads will no longer run on Google.


Does that mean perma-ban?
