Id recommend making some web 2.0 pages (such as hubpages, wikispaces etc.) email other bloggers in the same niche and trade links. Do directory submissions, social bookmarks etc. When the site starts to make some coin, go ahead and order some seo services in the bst section. Pretty simple, just be patient and stay consistent.
interesting... certainly will explore web 2 pages. finding bloggers on the same niche would be the challenging bit as well.
Go sign up for entre card, look at their blog catalog under technology, and easily find sites to link up with. You can use their widget as well, although your just getting social traffic and thus, very little use if using PPC ads.
I have never heard of getting links from type-A websites for this site,
but get type-B links for that site. Actually, there are no "kinds of websites".
All those labels are just slang, nicknames, etc. They have nothing to do
with ranking in the SERPs.
It is not your backlinks that you should laser target like a sniper.
When getting links, you should use the shotgun approach. Get as many as
you can from (almost) anywhere you can, as fast as you can. Remember,
your competitors are already WAY ahead of you and they work everyday
also.
Just about any website that will give you your choice of anchored text
is good. Let's see, where can I signup and put my URL and anchor for
free?
