Does anyone know what is actually required to get paid?

My understanding is that the visitor has to do the following in order for us to get paid:

1) fills out the form on your site and presses submit on your site. (this includes having your server submit the info automatically to the necessary coregio path URL)

However, after reading some stuff I found some contradicting info... they make it sound like the visitor HAS to complete an offer or press submit again on the 2nd "co-registration" page in order to get paid. Isn't this the purpose of the first page, since it is always sent to them....? Do they have to do anymore more than 1) above in order for us to get paid?

I was my understanding coregio for AZ is that the info was sent from your offer to the coreg path so the user didn't ahve to reinput if but they did have to click to signup for the offer or whatever it is.

so goes User inputs info on form on your site, click submits then AZ offer is shown Prefilled the user would have to choose to try the offer (email , zip short form whatever) and hit submit for you to get paid just filling in the one your page just makes it more likely for user to signup since info is there.
