Seems overpriced to me, but somebody with more money than they know what to do with might pay it.
I see larger islands for sale at lower prices, some with houses and some without.
There is a 100 acre island off the coast of Ft. Myers without a house listed for $1.4 million and a 46 acre island in the Keys not too far from that listing for $1.9 million.

Because Miami is basically Spanish. I called up a big marketing company last week in Miami and they answered with "Buenas Tardes thanks for calling XX how can I help you?"... I was so shocked it took me like 20 seconds to respond lol
