Automatic Payment by Paypal

I want to be able to pay a lot people automatically by paypal once the person enters his email in a form and I check the email against a database.

Is there an option with paypal where I can set up automatic payment option.
The amount will be autocalculated based on an Amount.

Right now I have someone who pays it manually by checking off an excel sheet but this is not quite right with the volume we are doing now.. The amounts are huge, but volume is going to explode soon..

Use Paypal's Mass Pay system. I am sure it will work.

Load all the email addresses in a text file with the amount and the currency (in the mass payment format) & then click on 'Make a Mass Payment', upload the text file and all the payments will be processed in one go.

* Mass Payments cannot be reversed, so make sure you enter everything correctly.
* The sender incurs a $1 charge for each payment and the recipient gets the payment with no transaction fees.
