Automated Backup Software?

hey, just wondering what other ppl here use to backup their sites and databases. i would like a program that backsup all of my databases once every night.. at like 4am. is there a program out there that will do this for me? right now i backup manually in cpanel.. but want a program to do this to save time.

cron job saves the day.
for me, I setup a cron job to rsynce it to my backup server every day. It works pretty well, it doesn't have to backup the whole site + database. It just update the files that have been change.

just set up a cron job to backup your site, and dump your database.
