Auto reciprocal linking is a good way to generate really crappy links for your site. From an SEO standpoint, I'd say stick with linking by hand like the rest of us. If it's too consuming for you, farm it out to someone overseas.

i prefer doin it by hand, but google for LinkEX - it's free and works well.
