If you are targetting leads or sales in North America please, please, please have someone proof your landing pages! I just had an affiliate that seemed to be doing everything right, but was getting NO conversions! Checked the landing page and looked awesome but on closer inspection all the copy was horribly translated to English! Worked with him to translate to conversational English and, sure enough, conversions started coming.

I know other affiliate mangers are gonna hate me for this but ask them to do it if they have the time. A lot of us have marketing backgrounds and enjoy a venue for creative output!
