Are they taking new advertisers ? I tried to register, but signup link give me some wierd error. Emailed them, also no reply for 3 weeks probably.

I know it's like 3% of search, but still... have heard that CEO said they concentrate of their initial goal - answer service :) lol

anyway is it work ?

Some advertiser accounts that were actively spending on the platform were transitioned to the new platform. Other accounts weren't transitioned, and they don't seem to be activating any new accounts. My old rep's email bounces now - Not even forwarded to another account manager or the generic support address. I know some of their larger account reps were let go, or chose to exit before the shit hit the fan.

They shutdown their PPC platform a few months ago I believe. They made it incredibly difficult to deposit and get started, so good riddance.

There are still a bunch of advertisers using Ask with their new platform - No clue how they chose what accounts to port over, but my guess is that it was any account with current spend (and I saw a $50/mo advertiser transitioned, and is still running). Why they'd cut out new or dormant accounts from a self serve platform is beyond me...

You have to constantly monitor it for junk/fake traffic, because there's a ton of it. And when you try to get a refund for that crap traffic, they'll use whatever excuse they can to not pay you.

In my case, they kept asking for more proof even though it was blatantly obvious. I finally sent them my traffic logs showing thousands of clicks on my ads and almost 0 clicks on my lp, and then I never heard back from them.
