Then you could get in on some pretty good looking domains come febuary, I was looking to buy some pretty nice terms in case the .asia ever picks up even a bit of traction but since I can't get in on the landrush come Febuary I figured anyone around WickedFire might want to get in on it.

No, you didn't register it. You "pre-registered" it. That means, your registrar will try to get it for you in the sunshine period.

And oh, I am not buying one single .asia name. It's a useless extension imho... just like .eu
 
^ yea was just kidding too. I don't want to fight big companies on auction to get that name. There's a "little print" which saying if more than one applicant trying to register it the domain goes for auction.:D
 
From .ASIA Domain Registration

"All applications received during the respective SR2 and SR3 period will be treated as received at the same time (within their respective periods). If there are two or more (qualified) applicants competing for the same domain, the domain will go into an auction process and applicants will be contacted by the .ASIA registry directly."

or I get it wrong?
 
Oh! My Bad. I don't have an iota of interest in .asia so I didn't even look into the details. =)
 
I agree i do not think the .asia is worth bothering with either, possibly the Montenegro TLD .ME may be of interest , i would definatly like to get my hands on fuck.me

What are all your views on .ME and also .LAT ?
