Hi

I have created a couple of articles for a client: one is on Hub Pages, the other is on Ezine.

They both contain links pointing to the client site.

Once they are published, what should I do to get the best SEO value out of them? i.e. should I target the pages with a link building program? Or do I just leave them to accrue value over time?

Thanks

Unless the "client" instructs you to do something to the articles don't touch it. It's his now not your's so don't do any backlinking unless the client approves it and pays you for it.. otherwise it will just be a waste of time!

Thanks for that....I do not intend to do any more work unless the site owner pays for it. Nobody works for free right?!

Maybe a silly question, but where will the value come from if I don't backlink to the article?

Ezine and squidoo generally speaks for itself.. It's not a Bigass backlinks where it will push your customer sites upwards..

The main goal of ezine and squidoo is to give traffic to your clients sites.. and that's what it will do overtime..
