I was thinking of getting a fat article database and pulling quotes out of relevant articles, based on a keyword. The quote in turn would have a link to the full article e.g. http://www.hubba.com/articles/index.php?key=web+design+software&number-of-quotes=1 pulls out a random, relevant quote.
Any suggestions, for the DB and the software? I sure don't want to add the articles by hand. I understand Wikipedia offers it's own database, so something like that + a fat database of free reprint articles would be good.
