I keep seeing this site advertised on Google Adword when I do a search. For example, when I do a search for "car lease", I get:

Is this arbitrage? If so, how do they make money? I don't see any Adsense? Also, why is the url is so longer? It's computer generated some sort.

the ads shown on that page are overture ads.
so they pay google, and make money from overture.
(must be a premium publisher?)
