Ok so if you are big in arbi and spending xxx per day, the 2nd/3rd teir engine knows you are doing well. What is to stop them from taking your keyword list and doing the same thing themselves?

ah, you're really misguided. You think you send them a check and you automatically get a check for 2-5x the amount you sent in. Spend 100 dollars. Lets see what you can do. Its not as easy as some claim. I'm not saying its impossible. But it is impossible for many who are unwilly to "test, test, and retest" to find out what works and what doesn't.
