if you are serious about selling you might want to add some more information to your post. how much traffic does the site get? where is the traffic coming from? what are you spending on traffic every month and from where? how old is the site? why are you selling? does the site come with the domain or are you just selling your domain? if you purchase your traffic does your keyword list come with the site?

I edited the post to provide more info. If anyone is interested, just ask and I will answer your questions or PM's. I recently registered this name, set it up and it instantly started making money.

But I have other things that need to be worked on, so I need to sell it.
