well to the right buyer I think I could get something decent.
For example stuff like noodlenet.com sold for over 3k this week, and myglitter.com sold for over 4k...silly names, but right buyers.

myglitter was probably for a myspace resource site
and noodlenet could have several applications. Sure, right buyer, but they most likely already had a business model ready.
TextAdSpot.com - if you're not looking to sell right away, put it up on Sedo to get some parking stats for it. You can set min price there and have them be your escrow. If your goal is to sell it for more than cheap, you're going to have to start marketing it to find "the right buyer".
