Apply different WP themes to my 3 different blogs???

Ok so I'm having a little problem applying a wordpress theme to some blogs of mine. I have 3 domains I bought and want to apply different themes to each of these blogs. Right now they are all somehow logged to the same account on cpanel. I have done the whole FTP thing and downloaded the themes to my root folder, but the themes only show up on my 1st blog i started, and the other two only show the classic theme available.

Maybe an option would be, since I have a reseller hosting package, would be to somehow log into the /whm and put these 3 different sites on different cpanels so they can each have their own separate themes. Or maybe another way I don't know. Anybody got any tips?
 


erm... your wp blogs will have 3 separate installs, so you need to upload each theme to each install (depending on which theme u want for each blog). so you upload the themes u want to each blog separately int he directory yourwpinstallrootdirectory/wp-content/themes or it could be wp-includes isntead of wp-content, i dont really remember.
 
on a reseller hosting account each account has its own directory. it seems that he has one on his main account, and then 2 other blogs on 2 accounts he created.
