Anyway to insert a group of images in wordpress?

anyone know how to insert like 6 images into wordpress without having to go back and forth to the add menu. and with out adding a gallery.

Man - those are 7 images, not 6. Tsk.

As stated above you can use HTML but when you do it you need to have the images uploaded and you need to know all the exact URLs.

I say that the fastest way is to use Nextgen Gallery (i know you didn't want to use a gallery but still this will be the best solution for you):
- You can do a batch upload of the images
- All the small images are generated on the fly
- You can have a lightbox preview of the image.
- And more...
