Anyway to extract emails from Webmail?

I have a TON of emails in my webmail account. I'd llove to extract all of them and re use them bitches.

I'm a complete n00b when it comes to this stuff. How easy/hard is it to do this?

Also, if using a certain webmail program would make it easier, LMK what that would be.
