Anyone used ResellerZoom Budget plan?

Been on ResellerZoom budget plan for just over a month now - I'm finding the quality horrendous. I know that it's a budget plan, but still I don't expect to be waiting 30secs for a page to load on every site on the server.

Is this just me? Should I complain or just haul my ass on out of there?

I'm on the same plan, apart from my server being up and down like a hookers knickers for a couple of day about a two months ago, its been a great service.

If your not happy with your servers ask them to change to another set.

Never had any problems with uptime or speed.
Been with RZ for 1.5 years now.
What server are you on?

I am with them also, on the budget plan. Hardly any problems.

For me, the issue had been Wordpress and slowness. Turned on the statistics in WP, and with all the themes/plugins, it was running a bazillion (ok over 200) queries per page. Dumped the majority, and got it down to 42 or so, and the pages are much faster now. Went from 6-7 secs per page, to .6-1.2 secs...

Still, I have been trying to get a new IP for about a week, with no word from them... grrr... But overall, for the price, still good!

Oh, and my POP/SMTP hasn't been working for 2 days now either, grrrr.

Ask them to switch your server. I have the failover plan right now, and I love it. When I was on the budget my sever got really slow after about 6 months. Probably just from to many abusive clients on the same server. I just emailed and asked for my account to be switched to a different server.

I don't use ResellerZoom, but, I don't host my email on the same server my sites sit on. I host all my email servers with google (bar one).

This of course means I'm not completely screwed if my server goes down the shitter and it's free.
