anyone knows how to get money out of paypal?

They limited my account. I got $197 in there. There's a bug with the software, won't let me add a bank account to withdraw the money.

When I call them, they say that no one has the authority to manually add a bank account or do anything. They just say someone will call me back later and no one does.

I think I lost $200?
 


You're likely under a review. You won't be able to modify anything in your account until PayPal completes their investigation.
 
It has been completed, i had to wait 45 days to withdraw the money and now i did and i can access the add bank account page, theres just a bug saying my numbers are invalid when i add it
