So I have a few websites / products that I need to start promoting via PPC or media buying.

However, my bread and butter is primarily SEO - I never got into the PPC / media buying thing. Due to time constraints, I'd rather just get a head start and have someone manage the accounts and advertising optimization for me.

Does anyone know of or can refer me to a good firm or individual that can provide this service?
 


What is your budget per month? PPC management is typically priced on a percent of monthly spend, often with a minimum monthly fee if your spend drops too low. I'm just pointing this out because if you're only spending like $2,000 a month on PPC and a person is charging 10% of spend, there are only so many hours per month they will realistically be managing your campaigns for only $200. They're not going to be managing them on a daily basis, and constantly adjusting bids, and doing daily performance analysis by keyword.

The big wig agencies like 360i charge around 7% of PPC spend per month, but with a minimum of like $25,000 per month in management fees if the percent of spend falls below that. Obviously at those costs you get a dedicated team of people managing your campaigns daily and reporting to you weekly.

But for small businesses with a more limited budget, you should probably anticipate having to manage at least the day to day yourself. Perhaps you might want to consider paying someone a flat rate up front for some initial set up, such as building out your keyword lists, campaigns, ad groups, ad copy, destination URLs, landing pages, setting up conversion tracking, initial starting bids, and such? Then maybe a consulting fee from time to time as needed. Just a thought.
