I am trying to call someone in Singapore to make them an offer on a domain.
The Whois has a number listed as +65.0422XXXXXX I keep getting invalid number.
If anyone in Singapore could help me out I would appreciate the help.

Number's probably fake. Phone numbers here are 8 digits and begin with a 6.

Proper one should look like (+65)6XXXXXXX

Yeh I have come to the conclusion the contact details are fake. Spewing the domain had good potential.
