This is becoming a trend bro:

Now why don't you talk to YOUR lawyer instead of posting this question every fucking week.

I find it funny that you actually posted in all of these threads haha.

But what you don't understand is that none of my "lawyers/attorneys" are able to help me with most of these matters. Yeh they may know how the tax system works but I doubt that any of them can speak of personal experience what bank is best to use for an internet start-up.
The reason why I keep asking here is because maybe 1 -5 % of the people on this forum actually care about other members and are more than willing to provide information/help for a specific question. I know that most of you guys perceive me as a dumb kid that is meant to fail - but I'm not losing anything by asking for help on this forum. For you it may be a waste of your time - but for me this is a crucial process I need to go through prior starting my entrepreneurial career.

Since I can't edit the OP my question was: What bank did you go with when you set-up your company in HK?

The usual bank that most people go with is HSBC. They are the easiest to access, the most international, and easy to get set up with.

Downside: They have some of the largest fees, and can be a bitch to work with sometimes.

You assume too much.

A good one.

And I incorporated in Panama. Thanks for asking.

Also - I'm 95% of the WFF that doesn't give a shit about you, but pretty sure you need to be in HK in person to open bank accounts. HK ain't Grenada, homie.

For fuck sakes, here: http://envrin.com/hkcorp.docx

Or you could just Google "hong kong incorporate agent", pickup the phone, and ask for an information packet, like normal people.

And as Vadym pointed out, you have to be in HK in person to open the bank account(s) with HSBC.

When you pick your doctor, do you first ask people around you who they think is the best doctor in town, or do you google "best doctor" only to end up at some sales page that sells you some pharma stuff?

I do know that 95% of the people don't give a shit about me, and that's fine with me. Because in the end, all I need is 1 - 2 people to speak from their experience and hand over some crucial information that will help me pursue what I intend to do.

I think that this is a stage every entrepreneur needs to go through - asking as many questions as they can, be ridiculed by others and perceived as a complete utter noob. But after all, where were you a few years ago? Everyone needs to get started somewhere - and I am getting started now. All of you were the same stupid noob as I am right now at one point and all you wanted is to get as much help/information by others as possible. Where would you be if no-one provided you with the essential tips that helped you succeed?

All I'm saying is that most of you need to stop being so stuck-up, knowledge is there to be shared, help should be provided to everyone - whether it's someone in real life, or on some stupid internet forum.

To get back to the purpose of this thread, I'm more than willing to fly to HK to settle all the matters. I have already contacted several attorneys and your "incorporate agents" and have arranged a deal for the incorporation. But instead of jumping straight to the first offer, it's A LOT smarter to ask others about what they have experienced when they went through the same stage as I am right now.

not HK....i assume it is much easier then Mainland China where i went though.

good luck

Hey Cigar,

I can hit you up with a HK comp, seriously, but you will have a hard time getting a bank account these days without proof of doing or intending to do business with China. That is easy enough though if you just make a semi-legit webshop selling China garbage and you already have a corporate Paypal.

I'll take a $500 commission referral fee though.

Ps.

Screw you IRS, I am not American.
