Haha. I rather gather as much information (and ask as many questions as possible) before jumping on things too fast.

Even though the HK gov may seem Bitcoin friendly now, it can all change with a notice from China. So I'm trying to play a save game here. We have the base of our company already set-up (in Switzerland) but I need to speed up the process and go with a solution through Isle of Man, which does not seem to require licenses.
