The company that created Force Factor, Somnapure, and Stages of Beauty is looking for a talented, hard-working online marketer to join our media buying operations. You'll be a key member of an aggressive and experienced team that understands what it takes to keep a campaign live for more than three months.

Your responsibilities will be:

* Analyze media buying opportunities against our CPA goals
* Build strong relationships with all media vendors
* Negotiate contracts
* Competitive research

The ideal candidate will have:

* 5+ years of online marketing, digital buying, or digital selling experience
* Experience negotiating IOs/contracts
* Industry contacts/relationships
* A strong presence on the phone
* A deep-rooted desire to buy every ad impression on the internet

other than for ad budget reasons, why would a successful marketer (who is presumably doing well as an affiliate and has experience) come work for you, in your office, with a salary and commute times, rather than at home, in their underwear, on their terms with vacations whenever the mood strikes?

So that you can earn a salary while working from home on nights and weekends.
 
If you're looking into outsourcing and having people work on their own time for results, you might have better luck. I really doubt anyone will want to move to sunny, warm and cheap Boston to work in an office when it can be done remotely.
 
5 years xp my fuckin ass. most people in this game just started in the last 4 years. its assholes like this that make the economy suck..
and then there are the entrepreneurs here. screw your job!
