Looked through a couple designer folios here... mostly landers/banners as expected, but does anyone offer header design, maybe some buttons and various other tweeks for WP sites?

I've had several pm's just like your post... I can't hire anyone that doesn't have at least a couple examples of previous work. How in the hell can you set expectations for anyone?
