Revise your view about paid reviews - or just hitting up owners of relevant FB pages asking if you can pay them some monies for a post advertising your relevant app for "free in return for reviews" for a limited time. Especially if the review lets them upgrade to full version of app.. for a limited time.

is this your app or are you running app install offers? is it a game or app? (HUGE difference, two completely different markets IMO)
