Anyone got some good weightloss offers right now?

We've got a site getting about 2k hits a day (US) in the weightloss niche, but as usual we're monetizing with Adsense (I know, pathetic), so I'm thinking it would be a good idea to find a better paying offer - CPA or affiliate etc. Does anyone have a suggestion for a good offer in this niche?

Promote a ClickBank weight loss offer with high gravity, see how it converts, and if it converts well, then make your own product and keep all the money.

I've got a site doing roughly the same volume of traffic and I've tested just about everything. Adsense ends up earning me the most over other ad networks, CPA offers, and clickbank. I'm about to test some diet systems like Jenny Craig and Weightwatchers. I'll let you know how it goes.

If you want to increase profits, increase the scamminess of the offer you are running.

Thanks. Would definitely like to hear how you do with those. Adsense is just ahead of the other stuff we've tried so far in terms of earnings, but that's not saying much..

It's doing ok, but pretty low ecpm compared to our other sites.

Really?? I'll give that a go then. We've been trying the one with the highest gravity right now and it's converting at a shockingly poor 1 in 10,000!!
