anyone ever got banned for cloaking on adwords?

I'm using a cloaking script which sends the google reviews and bots to a content rich site and sends the punters right to the offer directly..
Anyone ever got banned just for cloaking?
I just don't wanna risk my account for doing this, it's just so complicated to get a new account.
