Anyone else getting screwed on yahoo minimum bids?

Alot of my keywords are starting to be deactivated. Especially dating. They want $1.50 for a keyword i was paying 0.15 before.
I read that they are slowly going to roll this out over the next week.

Anyone else see changes in their account?

Yes I am starting to see the same thing the last few days. Not a big percentage of my keywords so far and hopefully it stays that way. Leave it up to yahoo to fuck something else up.

It's probably because they've partnered with Google on ads and google is probably making them implement some of their quality score crap....ridiculous.

Yeah, I hope it doesn't spread but it hit about 1% of my keywords. Very popular keywords where I didn't rank very high in got hit.

I have god ctr's, but sometimes i still only get 3 bars. Ive heard that yahoo doesnt look at your site to determine quality score. But im not sure if thats true anymore

It's relative to how well the other ads perform.

Yea, but what they don't tell you is the minimum isn't market driven or QS driven like Google, it is done manually. Yahoo will be manually looking at industries and verticals to determine minimum bids.

*L* have you gotten some Keywords that you don't have to put .10??? I haven't yet but i haven't tested everykeyword in my account either. I know some i am bidding .10 and paying less...

Guys Yahoo is definitely rolling with a Google tweak to their algo. Been tracking it on enterprise e commerce stores and we now have a Yahoo slap.
