Anyone bored whos a photoshop pro?.. Mothersday thing

So im trying to make my mom a mothersday gift at Digital Photo Printing, Free Online Photo Albums & Digital Photo Sharing - Snapfish: if anyone here wants something to give your mom, then THIS is a great idea, they have a photo upload hardcover book thing and i know it will make her cry. She loves that sorta shit. ANYWAY

i have this photo of me from when i was 4 that is messed up. its the only scan i have and i cannot for the life of me correct all of the errors and discoloration on the photo (and im pretty good in photoshop).

Just asking if anyone is bored and can fix it for me, it will kick ass because i want to put it in the book for my mum. Photo below

and PS... if i posted this is the wrong section, sorry, this one is where i figured it should go. I will give rep to whoever can make it look the best and appreciate it more than you know!

Yeah this is a hard one man, the background light is so bright its causing some serious issues with the rest of the image, I fixed it up a bit, maybe after dinner I'll play around and insert a new background and fix up the corners, and give it some more color....no gaurentees though.

Well I'm done, I tried to fix up the face a bit by moving the pixels around there just isn't enough of a right side to blend together to form a picture, maybe someone with more experince will take a shot at it, I'm better with eyes, you got any eye problems I'm the guy for the job haha.

Yup, that's a bad one. I don't have time to go for it atm, but I'll try later if I find the time. In my opinion you shouldn't mess with the colors much. Yes, it's not "life-like", but it has that 70s look and I love it. Just try to remove the scratches, fix hotspots and try to sharpen it up a few notches.

I've been lurking for awhile, reading and learning some great info from everyone here before I chimed in. I wanted to try and contribute something with my first post, so here you go, dude. It's not perfect, but hopefully it helps you out.

Yeah I could do a better job if I still had CS2, well actually CS3 now, I'm using Photoshop 8, CS2 and 3 gives you a lot more control with your gamma setting and shit and they have a super handy little tool known as liquify, its just a pixel mover but its much more advanced then photoshops tools.

Jon.. i think the gay bug bit me even way back then.. considering my mom and her sisters thought it was cute to put makeup on me and let me play with barbies!! haha. maybe thats why im gay, who knows. I personally think i was born gay, i think its all in the genetics
